The Avenidas Rose Kleiner Center in Mountain View is a supportive, caring adult day health program that encourages the vitality and well-being of less-independent older adults, enabling them to stay at home and avoid premature institutionalization.

Training on skilled areas for Individuals:
Deaf plus includes deaf or hard of hearing people who have disabilities. Deafness impacts communication and language.
Communities served include: Santa Clara County, San Mateo County and parts of Santa Cruz and Alameda Counties.
Care.com is an online community that helps families with special needs children find special needs caregivers who are background checked and able to take care of children with all sorts of disabilities.
The California Association for Adult Day Services (CAADS) is a 501 (c) 6 non-profit statewide association to support the development of adult day services as an alternative to institutional care.
