Support Services
Summit’s support services are community based services that work directly with adults with developmental disabilities. Community based means that the services occur in community locations rather than licensed facilities. Our main philosophy and core program objective, is to support and provide meaningful opportunities to assist an individual reach their personal life goals in their community of choice. Specifically, these services focus on community living placements, socialization, job training and life enrichment opportunities.

Clinical Services
Summit’s Clinical Services offer a wide range of therapeutic and clinical consultative services. Services are designed to provide an assessment of the current targeted issues/concerns and support treatment plans to implement. Treatment plans can be directed at the identified participant and their needs, and/or can be focused towards supporting the system in which they are in. Services are community based and often occur in the home of the individual/family, or the organization who has requested the consultation support.
