California State University East Bay - Dept. of Communicative Sciences and Disorders

CSU East Bay presents a summer social skills program, Pioneer Pals.

Camp Pioneer Pals is geared towards children ages 3 –8 with a diagnosis of autism or social communication delays. Children will practice social communication skills in the context of developmentally appropriate, socially engaging, and fun activities. Supervised by certified speech language pathologists, campers will engage with peers and learn skills that promote friendships and social interactions. We welcome siblings (one per camper) at no additional cost to join us in creating an inclusive community for our campers and to learn new ways to interact and play with their brother/sister.
