Bruce Hirsch Ph.D.-Clinical Psychology

Private Practice of clinical psychology.

My areas of specialization are learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and attention deficit disorders in children and adults.  I also work a lot with a variety of child and family issues, including school problems, sibling conflicts, marital conflict and divorce.

Most of my individual adult clients come to see me regarding relationship issues, work stress or symptoms of depression or anxiety.  Most importantly, I am proud of the things my clients say about me: “caring,” “soothing,” “safe,” “you really understand,” “I carry your voice in my head."

Two things that my patients say to me frequently are particularly gratifying: that I listen to them better than other therapists have and that by the end of therapy, when they experience a difficult moment, they can hear my voice guiding them through the difficulty.
