Bay Area OCD and Anxiety Center

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is now considered the “treatment of choice” for children, adolescents, and adults with OCD and anxiety disorders.  Research supports that CBT is the most effective treatment available.

Clinicians at the center are dedicated to staying on top of the latest research  and offering the most effective treatments available.

OCD and Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health disorder among children and adults. Anxiety disorders typically begin around age 11 but can affect anyone throughout their lifetime.

OCD, Hair-Pulling, Skin-Picking, and Body Dysmorphic Disorder are now considered OC-Spectrum Disorders. New research shows that OC-Spectrum disorders are a distinct group of illnesses.
