AMASE - Academy of Music and Arts for Special Education

The AMASE music and art programs are designed to start our students with a basic knowledge of music and art, so that they can both appreciate and share music with others. As students improve, they will progress through the different levels of our programs to further enhance and develop their skills.

After interviews, AMASE teachers place incoming students in the class environment that helps them learn in the best way possible, and further support is given within the class by teachers and volunteers.

The purpose of the AMASE programs is to help students find their God-given gifts, learn how to use them, and share them with their community.

Hi, I attended one of your performance event and quite admire what you are doing. My son's current violin teacher is moving, so I am exploring another avenue. My son is 15 years old, level 4 Suzuki violin. He has autism, but very high functioning level, get all A/A+ academically, and is a talented landscape painter. With proper guidance, he could be one of the volunteers too. But right now, we are urgently looking for individual teaching of violin.
