Adult Monthly Social - BBQ and Ice Cream Social

Come join us for a good old fashioned BBQ. We will be grilling up some hot dogs and hamburgers for you. We’ll bring out the salad and watermelon too! Then for dessert, an ice cream sundae! If you are watching your diet, we will have some fruit alternative for you! Summer can’t get any better than that!

We might break out the badminton too! If it’s not too hot outside. Otherwise, we will play games indoors.

Adult Monthly Social

Come join us on the last Tuesday of the month for some fun! Each month will have a different theme or activity. Examples include Bingo, holiday parties, playing in the game room, arts and crafts, etc. Please register in advance to reserve your spot. Contact the community center if you would like to receive a flyer with details of the month's event. Participants must be able to function in a 1:8 staff to participant ratio and be independent with personal care needs or bring an attendant with them.

Adult Monthly Social: Cinco de Mayo

We are so cool we are going to celebrate Cinco De Mayo one week early! Come and join us for some Mexican inspired music, art, and food. We will do some cooking too! Let’s make two kinds of salsa (tomato and mango) so we can enjoy them with our taco bar! Tortillas, taco meat, beans, lettuce, cheese, and our own salsa? Doesn’t that sound great? For an added treat we will play Loteria (it is a game similar to bingo).

Pasta and Games - Ages 18+

Come join us for Pasta and Games at Mayfair Community Center. Each week we will learn two new sauce recipes to put on our pasta. We will enjoy the food while we play a game. The recipes will be simple and may require some kitchen skills like cutting, washing, and measuring. Come learn with us!
