Join our nurturing group for moms who have kids (of all ages) with special needs, from sensory processing challenges, to dyslexia, to Asperger’s or autism. Moms will gather together for 2 hours on a regular basis to support each other, learn mindfulness practices, and practice mindful yoga together. Mindfulness and yoga have been shown to reduce stress, boost mood, improve overall wellbeing, and studies show that a central factor in maternal wellness is social and emotional support - in particular, having a sense of belonging.
